Vendor Requirements

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, approved vendors will be required to meet the following minimum standards:

  • Valid company registration (CIPA)
  • Current tax clearance certificate (BURS)
  • Valid trading licence for food services
  • Food handling and hygiene certificates for relevant staff
  • Ability to consistently serve high volumes during peak times
  • Compliance with all onsite health, safety and fire regulations
